At Pro-Tec Safety Consultants, our goal is to help you create and maintain a safe workplace for your employees.

A common first step is a safety consultation. Our consultants will meet with your safety representatives and leadership so that we understand your workplace completely.

Our focus is on the health and safety of your workers and this has several benefits for you as an employer. First, workplace accidents have a productivity cost. An accident disrupts workers and your project, so preventing accidents helps to keep your project on-time and on-budget. Second, by consistently providing a safe work space, you will keep your Worker’s Compensation costs as low as possible. Finally, accidents and injuries can result in reputation loss and potential Cal/OSHA fines.

As occupational safety specialists, we are alert for safety issues and other health hazards. Often, mitigating these is as simple as reviewing your processes and procedures or by hosting a training for your workers and issuing appropriate personal protective equipment as needed.

We are also available to consult on your overall safety program, known as your Injury and Illness Prevention Program in California. We can help you lead your safety work group, addressing key safety issues and making recommendations to reduce or eliminate risk.
